It is a reflection, a reflection of what I see, what I
feel and what I hear in my mind.

It may be inspired by something that I touched : a
machine, a cold metal surface, or something organic
such as water, or someone's hand.

It may be inspired by something that I saw: a
photograph, a movie, friends , or strangers.

Substance over style, and sometimes, style is the
substance.

It may be inspired by something that I heard, by
chance : sounds from a noisy neighbourhood, from a
construction site, nature's whispering breeze , a
voice, or digitized music files broadcasted into my
room from the other side of the world, our world.

It is an extension of what I feel, how I feel and who
I am.

Brit DJ-ers, producers and graduate engineers of the bridge between house and techno!

Undaground Recordings was a natural step for us as djs and producers Montique & Aston. The basic concept evolved when we met in a record store quite by accident in Coventry, England. Our musical influences combined strictly house music with underground techno and so it really was only a matter of time before both styles evolved into what today is known as Undaground Recordings.

We were a little skeptical at first as to how things might turn out, but five years on, the Undaground journey has really only just begun. The project has become something we are both very proud of. Just to be able to take live percussion and blend it with house and techno beats while maintaining a truly unique sound quite unlike anyone else is what we are all about. We look at it this way.. it's the music we make and dance to and its not just a dream... it's the future! Keep the future alive and dance!
